Product description
Farigoule of Forcalquier Liqueur, or Thyme Liqueur, is a characteristic of Haute Provence. It’s produced using wild thyme, a rustic and rebellious plant harvested at the beginning of springtime, a time when the whole region is scented by this ‘simple perfume’. This characteristic digestif is testament to time-old tradition and regional soils, thanks to its delightful garrigue perfume.
On the nose the aromas are warm, somewhere between the smells of scrubland (spicy) and thyme flower. The palate explores plant notes from the thyme flowers which are joined by lemon flavour, which gives the Farigoule length on the palate and a refreshing finish. Farigoule is elegant, full bodied, plump and well balanced with a memorable length of flavour.
