The estate owns 9 hectares of Chablis and their Coteaux de Fontenay is their finest cuvée, from a plot of old vines on a steep, south facing hillside just outside the village of Fontenay adjacent to premier cru Fourchaume. Fresh and mineral with lovely, ripe fruit and excellent length on the finish.
